General Terms & Booking Policies

Thank you for trusting Nice Camps – La Sirena. Below we detail the general conditions and booking policies. We recommend that you read this document carefully before proceeding with any contracting or booking.

1. General Sales Conditions

Scope of Application
These conditions govern access to and use of the website www.camping-lasirena.com (hereinafter, “the Portal”) as well as the contracting process for lodging or vacation accommodation services offered by Nice Camps – La Sirena (hereinafter, “the Provider”).

Access to the Portal
Access to the Portal is subject to acceptance of these general terms of use and contracting. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must refrain from using the Portal and its services.

Offered Services
The services available on the Portal include:

  • Lodging bookings.

  • Services related or ancillary to the accommodation, which will be invoiced separately if so specified.

Contracting and Booking Process
The contracting process includes the following steps:

  • Checking availability through the informational calendar.

  • Verification of the service’s features, price, and any possible restrictions.

  • Confirmation of the booking via email.

  • Acceptance of the establishment’s internal regulations.

Prices and Payment Methods

  • Prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

  • The total amount can be paid by bank card, bank transfer, or cash (limit of €1,000).

  • An advance payment of 40% of the total amount is required for bookings made more than 7 days in advance. The remainder will be paid according to the terms specified in the booking confirmation.

  • For bookings made less than 7 days in advance, 100% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.i of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, regarding the Consumer and User Law, this contract is not subject to the right of withdrawal due to the nature of the service offered.

Booking Modification Policy

  • Request for Modifications: Modification requests must be sent in writing to the Reservations Center via email.

  • Requirements: Only the booking holder may request changes.

  • Costs: An administrative fee of €50 will be applied in cases of modifications that reduce the total booking value.

  • Deadlines: Modifications requested less than 15 days in advance will not be accepted.

  • Price Recalculation: Any change of dates or services may result in a price update according to the rate in effect at the time of modification.

Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 30 days in advance:
    Refund of the total amount paid, less €50 as a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations 30 days or less in advance:
    The amount paid as a deposit or advance will be forfeited.

  • No-show:
    If the client does not show up on the day of arrival, the booking will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be granted.

  • Late Arrivals or Early Departures:
    These will not entitle the client to any refund or discount.

Damage and Deposit Guarantee

  • Deposit: A deposit of €100 will be required at the start of the stay as a guarantee against possible damages or breaches of regulations.

  • Refund of the Deposit: This amount will be refunded within 2 to 7 calendar days after departure, once it has been verified that no damages or violations have occurred.

  • Retention Conditions: The campsite reserves the right to retain, in whole or in part, the deposit in case of:

    • Material damage to the accommodation or facilities.

    • Non-compliance with internal regulations.

Force Majeure Cases
Camping La Sirena shall not be responsible for cancellations or interruptions of the service due to force majeure causes such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, alternative solutions will be evaluated without any obligation for a refund.

Dispute Resolution
For disputes related to cancellations, refunds, or guarantees, the client may refer to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Additionally, the client may contact the competent consumer authorities in case of any disagreement.

Acceptance of the Policies
By making a booking, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these cancellation, refund, and guarantee policies.
