It is important that you (hereinafter, “the User”) carefully read the following General Terms of Use of the Website and the contracting or reservation process (hereinafter, “the Reservation(s)”) for accommodation or vacation lodging services (hereinafter, “the Service(s)”), in order to be properly informed and accept both the conditions for accessing and browsing the nicecamps.net website, as well as the terms and conditions governing the contracting of the Services offered by:

Hereinafter, “THE PROVIDER.”
General Terms of Use of the Portal
User access to https://www.camping-lasirena.com/, hereinafter referred to as “the Portal” or “the Website,” is conditioned upon prior reading and acceptance of these GENERAL TERMS OF USE, or those in force at the time of access.
If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Portal and conducting any transactions on it.
However, access to certain content may be subject to specific additional conditions, which THE PROVIDER will explicitly present to the User, who must accept them before proceeding.
By browsing the Portal of THE PROVIDER, you acquire the status of USER. Navigation on the Portal implies the User’s acceptance of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to the explicit acceptance of the General Contracting Terms, the Data Protection Policy, and, where applicable, any Special Conditions related to the provision of services.
At any time, THE PROVIDER may modify the presentation and configuration of the Website, its legal information and documentation, as well as the services and content offered, all in accordance with Articles 126 and 126 bis of Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
Conditions for Links and Hyperlinks
All content on this Portal is the property of THE PROVIDER. However, if there are links or hyperlinks (“links”) to other websites managed by third parties, THE PROVIDER cannot guarantee the accuracy, legality, or correctness of the information on those external sites.
Therefore, THE PROVIDER is exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the use of such websites.
However, if the User has factual knowledge that the activities carried out through these third-party websites are illegal, they must inform THE PROVIDER, who will proceed to disable the link.
Links from Other Websites to THE PROVIDER’s Portal
The information available on the Portal and not subject to prior registration is freely accessible to users. However, it is strictly prohibited to use it for commercial or advertising purposes.
It is also forbidden to reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or adapt any part of the content or design of the Website by any means without the express authorization of THE PROVIDER.
Minors’ Access
Minors are not allowed to access the Portal. If a minor accesses and/or registers on the Website, THE PROVIDER will assume that such access has been made with the express prior authorization of their parents or legal representatives, without prejudice to THE PROVIDER’s ability to verify this at its discretion.
User Responsibility for Provided Data
THE PROVIDER is not responsible for the accuracy of the registration data provided by the User.
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided to THE PROVIDER is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
Conditions of Use of the Portal
The User will be solely responsible for accessing or using the Portal for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Among others, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Portal to install or distribute viruses, malicious programs, or harmful files.
- Using the Portal in a way that may cause damage, interference, or operational failures in THE PROVIDER’s systems.
- Violating security or authentication measures of the Portal or any network connected to it.
- Registering under a false identity, impersonating others, or engaging in any activity that may mislead other users about the origin of a message.
- Collecting personal data of other users without authorization.
- Interfering with the proper execution of events, promotions, or any other activities conducted by THE PROVIDER.
- Overloading the Portal’s infrastructure or THE PROVIDER’s systems and networks.
- Using the Portal in a manner contrary to good faith, the law, public morality, or public order.
Any of these actions will entitle THE PROVIDER to take legal action to defend its rights and to suspend or delete the User’s account, without the User being entitled to compensation of any kind.
Responsibilities and Guarantees Regarding Portal Use
THE PROVIDER states that it has adopted all necessary technical measures to ensure the proper functioning of the Portal, reduce system errors, and provide maximum security for Users.
However, THE PROVIDER cannot guarantee that no damages will be caused by third parties violating these terms or technical security measures.
THE PROVIDER does not guarantee the usefulness or performance of the content published on the Portal and cannot ensure the legality, reliability, accuracy, or usefulness of content provided by third parties.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
THE PROVIDER is the owner and/or holds the necessary licenses for the intellectual and industrial property rights related to the design, programming, and content of the Portal.
Accessing or browsing the Portal does not grant the User any rights over its content, beyond what is strictly necessary for using the services in accordance with these Terms.
The content of the website, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, belongs to THE PROVIDER or its content providers.
The User may access the website and print a copy of the content for personal use, but any other use is strictly prohibited, including:
- Modifying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating any part of the content without express authorization.

- Any action that may interfere with the normal functioning of the Portal or harm THE PROVIDER’s rights.
References to trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs imply the prohibition of their use without the express written consent of THE PROVIDER.
If the User becomes aware of any illegal content or content infringing intellectual or industrial property rights, they must notify THE PROVIDER at info@nicecamps.es.
General Terms of Contracting
The present General Terms have been drafted in accordance with the provisions of the following laws:
- Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce
- Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Terms
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws
- Law 6/2020 regulating certain aspects of electronic trust services
- Catalonia Tourism Law 13/2002
- Decree 75/2020 on tourism in Catalonia
- Other applicable regional regulations
THE PROVIDER informs that the procedures for making Reservations are those described in these General Terms, as well as any additional specific instructions displayed on the Website during navigation. The User declares to be aware of and accept these procedures as necessary to access the services offered on the Portal.
All information provided during the contracting process will be stored by THE PROVIDER, allowing the User to access it later. Any modification or correction of data provided by Users during navigation must be carried out according to the instructions available on the Website.
Purpose
This contractual document contains the General Terms regulating:
- The provision of information.
- The commercial relationship between THE PROVIDER and the third-party Users of the Portal (“Clients”) who make Reservations for Services through the site.
No Service may be contracted without the prior acceptance of these General Terms.
These terms will remain published on the website and accessible to Clients so they can review, save, and store them as confirmation of the contract.
THE PROVIDER reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time, publishing those modifications on the Portal to ensure that Clients can read them before making a Reservation. It is the responsibility of the Clients to read them before completing a Reservation, as the terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.
Any Reservation made through the Portal implies the acceptance without reservation of these General Terms, as well as any Specific Terms that may apply to certain services.
If a Reservation is made by a minor who has falsified registration information, it will be considered to have been completed under the supervision and authorization of their parents or legal representatives.
By accepting this document, the Client confirms that they:
- Have read, understood, and accepted the terms.
- Accept that the contract is drafted and executed in Spanish.
- Have the legal capacity to contract.
- Agree to all obligations set forth in this document.
These terms will be valid indefinitely and will remain in effect as long as they are accessible through the Portal.

On the other hand, the Client, who must complete their information in the reservation form and accept the present terms to finalize the booking of the requested service.
Additionally, it is stated that all persons staying at the establishment must be identified, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Access to the Portal and Electronic Contracting
Access and consultation of the catalog of Services published on the Portal are free and open, and registration is not required.
THE PROVIDER reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the Website for users with outstanding balances or unpaid debts or for those who have not accepted the updated General Terms.
Services Offered on the Portal
All accommodation services will be offered through the Portal, where THE PROVIDER will indicate:
- The characteristics of the service
- Its availability
- The full price
- Applicable discounts
- The possibility of adding related or additional services, which will be billed separately
Reservation Process
The availability calendar for accommodations and the online Reservation services are purely informative and serve only to allow the User to check availability.
Before confirming a reservation, the User will be informed of any restrictions related to specific Services that may not be available during their stay or restrictions on the use of certain areas of the establishment.
The User accepts and agrees to use the accommodation and the establishment’s facilities appropriately.

The User must become familiar with these Internal Regulations, which will be considered accepted once the Reservation is made.
Any violation of these regulations or behavior contrary to public order or good morals may result in the establishment requesting the User to leave the premises without compensation or refund, even if payment has already been made.
The establishment will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of misuse of the accommodation, including, without limitation:
- Vandalism
- Losses due to fire
- Theft
- Criminal activity
- Accidents
- Any other type of damage
Internal Regulations
Rest and Silence
- Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
- Vehicle circulation within the campsite is prohibited during these hours.
Pets
- Pets are allowed under specific conditions.
Waste Management and Cleanliness
- Waste must be deposited in the designated recycling points.
- The accommodation must be left in the same condition as upon arrival, meaning:
- Furniture in place
- No trash left behind
- Lights turned off
- Keys must be returned to the reception.
- A review of the accommodation will be conducted, and if everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 2 to 7 business days.

Accommodations

The accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM on the last contracted day.

The accommodation must be left in the same condition as upon arrival, meaning:
- Furniture in place
- Trash and waste removed
- Lights and electrical appliances turned off

Sheets and towels are NOT included, except in premium accommodations such as Glamping Safari.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations.

Pets are allowed in some accommodations.

The maximum occupancy established for each type of accommodation cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.

One vehicle per accommodation is allowed, and it must be parked in the area designated by the campsite.

Only the individuals registered at check-in are allowed access to the accommodation and the campsite facilities.

If there are any available spots in the accommodation, additional guests must be registered at the reception and pay the corresponding fees.
Customer Deposit
CAMPING LA SIRENA S.A. reserves the right to request a deposit of €100 via bank card as a guarantee against potential damages or losses.
If no damages occur, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 2 to 7 business days after check-out via bank transfer.
Identification of Guests
All individuals staying at the establishment must be identified, in accordance with current regulations. For the purposes of reservation and price calculation:
Infants aged 0 to 3 are not counted in the total number of guests included in the booking.
Children between 3 and 10 years old will be considered child occupants.
From the age of 10, guests will be considered adults, as they use all the campsite’s facilities and services under the same conditions.It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate information about the group’s composition when confirming the Booking. Any discrepancy detected at check-in may result in price adjustments or even denial of service if the maximum occupancy per accommodation is exceeded.

Rates and Payment Methods
Prices, Advance Payments, and Invoicing
- Prices may vary until the reservation is confirmed. Any price changes will be duly communicated beforehand.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, no price modifications will apply, as long as the initial conditions remain unchanged.
- The prices displayed include all applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Services not included in the original offer will be billed separately.
- Prices depend on the type of accommodation and selected dates and may be updated periodically.
- Prices are displayed in EURO (€).
- The tourist tax will be detailed separately, if applicable.
THE PROVIDER will make every effort to inform the User about the applicable tourist tax before contracting, although it may be subject to modifications according to regulations.
Payment Terms
Reservations must be paid in euros (€) using a bank card (Visa, Mastercard, or Eurocard).
Exceptionally, cash payments will be accepted at the reception upon arrival, with a maximum amount of €999.
Advance Payment Terms Based on Reservation Type:

For reservations made more than 7 days before the arrival date:
- A 40% advance payment of the total amount is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival via a payment link or during online check-in.
- For stays between July 1 and August 31, the payment link will be sent 30 days before arrival.

For reservations made 7 days or less before the arrival date:
- 100% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

In any case, the remaining balance (if any) and the Tourist Tax must be paid at the reception upon arrival.
Invoicing
By accepting these General Contracting Terms, the Client agrees to receive invoices electronically.
If the Client wishes to receive a paper invoice, they must request it by emailing info@nicecamps.es, providing their reservation number.
Accepted Payment Methods
THE PROVIDER is responsible for managing financial transactions and offers the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit or debit card
- Cash payment (up to €1,000)
If the payment is made via bank card, the transaction will be processed through a secure connection directly with the bank managing the transaction.
If, for any reason, the charge cannot be processed, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
In the event of non-payment (due to expired payment method, insufficient funds, or other reasons), THE PROVIDER reserves the right to suspend or cancel the reservation.
Modification and Cancellation of Reservations
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 103.i of the Consumer and User Law (RDL 1/2007), this contract is not subject to the consumer’s right of withdrawal.
Modification and Cancellation Terms:
- Only the reservation holder may request a modification or cancellation.
- Requests must be sent via email to info@nicecamps.es.
- The date of receipt of the email will determine the amount to be refunded.
- If dates are changed, the applicable rate will be the one in effect at the time of the modification.
- Any modification entails a recalculation of the deposit amount.
- If the modification results in a lower total stay cost, a €50 modification fee will apply, unless cancellation insurance has been purchased.
- Modifications requested 30 days or less before arrival will not be accepted, unless cancellation insurance is in place.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date:
- Full refund, minus a €50 cancellation fee (unless cancellation insurance has been purchased).
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date:
- Loss of the full deposit.
- No-show on the arrival date:
- The reservation will be held until the paid deposit is exhausted, for a maximum of 48 hours.
- After this period, the reservation will be canceled, and the accommodation will be made available for resale.

Force Majeure
THE PROVIDER will not be responsible for any breach due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (fires, floods, etc.)
- Riots, wars, or political conflicts
- Pandemics
- Strikes and shortages of staff or materials
- Disruptions in essential services (electricity, transportation, etc.)
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, except where otherwise specified.
- If the Client is a consumer, any dispute shall be settled by the courts of their place of residence in Spain.
- If the Client is not a consumer, the competent jurisdiction shall be the courts of the establishment.
